Payments for face-to-face tutoring will be set up and collected according to terms that were mutually agreed upon during the initial meeting. Typically, parents prepay tutoring sessions one week in advance, but other arrangements may be made. Online tutoring invoices are paid through PayPal or Venmo. Each online tutoring session must be paid in full before another session may occur.

scheduling

Sessions usually last 30-45 minutes. In order to best serve the student, two sessions per week are recommended.

Sessions may be held after school, evenings, and occasionally on weekends.

Since many students are involved in after-school activities, some schools may allow tutoring sessions to take place during a student’s study hall. Parents should contact the school for permission to make in-school tutoring arrangements.

Summer tutoring is available for remedial learning or to introduce future class material.
